Torsten Posted August 16, 2006 Just so there is no misunderstanding: Nino does not live in australia and hence he is not breaking any laws by offering the cuttings. Anyone in australia considering his offer should be aware that all parts of the salvia plant are scheduled drugs in all australian states. As such I think Nino is primarily making this offer to members outside of australia.
N1no Posted August 16, 2006 (edited) I'm Sorry guys, I didn't look that up. STUPID DRUG LAWS! Edited August 16, 2006 by N1no
N1no Posted August 16, 2006 I Believe Lophophora's are Legal in Australia? I've got about 25 one year old aprox. 1cm big peyote's. Any one?
naja naja Posted August 16, 2006 yes they r legal, but once again, we r unfortunately unable to import any live plants into Australia. Seed is also not allowed, but prob much more likely to make it through.
N1no Posted August 16, 2006 (edited) If only I lived where you live Imigration isn't that hard if your from Australia. Its just the crazy language that you'll have to learn that will take you at least 1 whole year to understand the basics. My oppinion about Holland is that the laws are fine, but the weather sux big time! Edited August 16, 2006 by N1no
occidentalis Posted August 17, 2006 Lophophora is CITES listed and as such sending live plants requires masses of documentation.
