  18. THANK YOU~! so much interesting stuff
  19. i know quite a few long term & dependant opioid users, that regularly use acid (every few weeks - every few months or microdosing regularly), dmt (weekly at times), cacti (every few months or micro dosing regularly) on occasion have used ayahuasca, all of this while on opiates. from these there have been no obvious negative effects from the outside - if anything the medicinal psychedelic use seems to uplift and call them froward and remind them of purpose outside of their opiate use. from my outside perspective mixing ketamine and opiates and ketamine and opiates and lyrica altogether has resulted in potential liver toxicity? nausea, sickness, fatigue etc.. hope that helps! i have a post up about pregabalin and opiate withdrawals, so out of interest - have you found it helps?

    Eriobotrya japonica (loquat)

hey I'm keen for some seeds. PM'd ya
  21. Non intentionally we have been finding that pregabalin reduces mild opiate withdrawals, specifically cold sweating. It would be interesting to see if anyone else has experience with this or understand its mechanism of action and why it's affecting the opiate receptors. Taken at night time during mild withdrawals it lessens the withdrawals and knocks one out to sleep, coupled with obvious anti-depressant qualities the next day or so (these fade after continual use) - seemingly more effective than diazepam which only makes you groggy. It's prescribed for nerve pain.

  23. I use brahmi regularly, and have been over the last few years. I find it is accumulative, after eating fresh handfuls every day that after a month or 2, my memory recall is quicker, clearer, my vocabulary is extended and i feel 'faster' in my mind. I have also used ayurvedic mixes of brahmi, and eaten powders etc. I have noticed the best effects from eating raw & fresh. Recently (past 1 -2 months) I stopped eating it by itself and started mixing it in my smoothie, I feel like it doesn't work as well this way, though I couldn't prove that at this point. It is believed that the healing qualities of bitters are in the bitter flavour itself (which brahmi is), stimulating bile production and kick starting digestion. I wonder if some of the alkaloids or other things in brahmi are better assimilated in this same way... Stick at it every day, in whatever form you are having, and make an assessment at the 3 month mark
