i had looked at some pics of Carpobrotus species but the one's ive seen have the bristley flowers like this http://www.anbg.gov.au/gnp/interns-2005/ca...c-05-89-big.jpg whereas this specimen has flowers with larger petals. (sorry, i know the pic is a bit dodgy)

would you care to elaborate on this at all rev? which species and what kind of activity? i'm often troubled when distinguishing between panaeolus sp in the field but this is rather interesting. a friend of a friend once ate a whole lot of panaeolus sp, described having feelings on hyperactivity and restlessness for most of the day.

i have been interested in the goji phenomenon for a while, but highly skeptical of the high priced miracle products available. just thought i'd add some info on my girlfriends experience... she has had growing lumps in her breasts for about 6 months now, and after a couple of doctor visits (one guy prescibing Biclofen without advising her of the possible side-effects!!) and a trip to the breast clinic for a biopsy no one had any idea what they were or how to get rid of them, or atleast the pain they were causing. last week she was given one bottle of the Himalayan Goji Juice by a friend to try and had a glass each day. by the end of the week the lumps had reduced in size and were completely painless, we were both pretty shocked. the stuff may be as effective as they say, but shit, we can't afford that. will have to get growing i think.

well it seems that my dvd burner has shit itself!! last three attempts have been failed and i can't work out the problem! have burned and sent out all copies, except to visualfx - the last one! i was wondering if i could ask a favour of someone who recieves a copy - perhaps you could burn a disc to pass on to visualfx? i don't know how long it'll be til i work this one out my apologies again vfx, damn computers ajna
