    bluemeanies around bribane ?

hey brisbanites, sorry for the late tip off but i picked another 2 hands full of cubensis on saturday - photo should be added tonight ;) . there were many old sunburned ones, and also many signs of another generation soon to come (perhaps today?). the fungus is everywhere, i definately reckon it's worth your trouble hunting, just try early so the sun doesn't get the shrooms first! peace, ajna

here's some pics of a San Pedro i picked up from a local nursery today. it's a present for my girlfriend's birthday, she's going to decide whether we should chop it down or not for the occasion. ;) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v192/voltaaa/100_4894.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v192/voltaaa/100_4895.jpg

patience, friends! the mycelial network is spreading as we wait. as soon as this rain stops and the humidity is returning, then we must hunt! good luck

thanks for the commercial cactus warning, guys. there's plenty of other ways we can celebrate the day without having to destroy this (particular) cactus ;) edited

    Perilla magilla/Coleus blumei

thanks for your reply. i'll continue shopping around for coleus plants, and i'm willing to try any that my gut feels right about so maybe we'll come across some more information soon. in the mean time, i've found this site which may help with identifying hybrids. if we can atleast start to name our coleus plants, we may be able to create some more order in all this mess! http://www.coleusfinder.org/ will keep you posted as the study continues. cheers, ajna

    Perilla magilla/Coleus blumei

Hey Apoth, you seem to be fairly interested in chasing down the secret of Coleus blumei, parhaps you can help... What colours/features should one look for when trying to find a plant of the correct chemotype? Was the plant originally the red/green combination? i currently have 5 different hybrids, haven't tried any yet as they aren't striking me as anything likely to be active. thanks for your help

ah well not to worry! hopefully in a new pot and with some better care it'll thicken up and pup anyway,

    Byron

splendour was great, and the byron beaches are hard to leave behind! amazing weekend, but time to get some sleep...
  18. it's strange i know. they were really high about a week after they had sold out, $400 plus for a ticket even! i think there's been a spurt of people who genuinely can't go, needing to get rid of tickets. it's a shame all the e-scalpers still got so much profit from them though.
  19. Hey guys, turns out i have an extra weekend pass for Splendour in the Grass this weekend. i would like to sell for cost price - $130. if anyone missed out on getting a ticket, please PM me and we can arrange a meet up in Byron. Cheers
  20. yes i've been watching the prices today. single ticekts going for anywhere between $120 and $350.

    storage

i stick them in front of a fan for 5 days (longer if needed) until they are as dry as they will get. then i put them in s snappy, squeeze all the air out, and stick it in the freezer. never noticed a drop in potency.
