    I dont recommend it...but taking Immunosuppressant drugs

    and catching the flu and some other bug thing defo put me into an altered state for a coupla days.

      true story, my buddie gave up by everytime he wanted to have a smoke, he would have a wank instead. it worked, but now he cant get down to less than 10 wanks a day
