Bread Filter Posted October 16, 2012 Hey guys. I am hoping someone here can give me some advice. A herbal incense manufacturer has just posted my personal information online on another forum. He has posted my full name. I have a very unique surname and there is only the one of me here in Australia. I am a business owner and well known athlete who has just been defamed and libeled. I have contacted the Admin and owner of the forum and asked for the offending information to be removed but haven't had a response. What legal action can I take against this person? I was actually banned last week so can't post anymore. I got an email from a mate this morning telling me it had happened. It is still up there. Do you mean the link to the page? The Vendor just shut down their website so I assume he causing as much trouble as he can before running away. It wasn't even me that was winding him up.
