Beaker Posted October 11, 2003 Please be careful planthelper.... ... I believe the psychoactivity happens just before you die. ... Marine Toxins No 1 (Tetrodotoxin) is our friend the puffer.
Hagakure Posted October 11, 2003 there are many deaths a year in japan from rural villagers trying to prepare their own fugu fish. i probably wouldnt mess with this shit unless i went through proper training. one small mistake and death is highly likely. planthelper Posted October 11, 2003 let me remember what c.raetsch wrotte. its used like a drug. the meal costs arround 2000 usd, and after all, said to make you very horny! thats why they got geishas and social girls. it takes 3 years to learn the traditional preperations. new safe ways of indigestion would need to be developed, i visualize a "five drops oral dose".
