Details of the comp are: Post a pic of your favorite plant or mushroom doesn't have to be ethno but should be your pride and joy of your plant or mushroom family. The pic with the most likes will get an awesome free seed pack with loph seeds and other goodies, also a small unrooted cut of a tbm crest comp will end April 23rd at midnight and enter as many times as you like. Humboldt Posted April 9, 2020 Share Posted April 9, 2020 (edited) Hey, this loph was my 1st ever graft. It took a while to get growing as id misaligned it a bit. Then it got sunburnt. Nowdays its pumping,and the stock has swelled tight as a tiger. Its a weiss bluete i scored from WB. The other pic is Eddie the 15 yo senile sausage dog. I found him dumped in a caravan park in Goondahwindi, he was only 6 weeks or so old and in quite poor health. His hobbies are eating and going for walks, when he's not its whinging about not eating or going for a walk. He's also known as Mr Peabody, Bodytight and Tighty amonst other less complimentary names. Halcyon Daze Posted April 9, 2020 Share Posted April 9, 2020 (edited) Nice another comp!!! -Not too worried about taking the prize but just thought I'd share a thrilling moment I experienced very recently. My bush block in Nth NSW has a patch of ex dairy flats and I was so excited to find some cubes after a spot of heavy rains. Just wish I had got there a couple days earlier . Anyway, even though these are a bit over done, it was just an absolute dream come true to find this species on my own little patch of paradise. My heart leapt the moment I saw them. I was walking down to the creek with my fishing rod, looking to hook a bass or cod (catch and release) and halfway across the paddock it dawned on me, "This is both the time AND the place'', so I zig zagged my way towards the creek and all of a sudden BOOM! There they were, so Big, so Beautiful! Finally I felt truly at home with the place I've spent my entire life chasing. I'm just in love with this piece of land, and the damage I've suffered pursuing it has been greatly healed at just the mere sight of this majestic cluster. All I can say is that if you are pursuing a similar dream, then keep pushing, it's worth it. These little moments may seem insignificant to some, but are so powerful to the dreamers. Thanks to you sharxx for your generosity, and thanks to this community for everything you've given over the years. Please enjoy this simple yet profound moment with me Peace and stay safe.
