Humboldt
Hi, could anyone ID this tree? Each year about now it hosts a range of pollinators. Some of my bee keeping friends are interested in the seedlings that grow at its base but we dont know what it is. Id say it has potential to be a bit invasive. Freakosystem
Remimds me of Hebe species from NZ but that's a huge specimen. Compare to some of the species on the left panel here: http://www.terrain.net.nz/friends-of-te-henui-group/hebes/hebe-salicifolia-koromiko-south-island.html

Freakosystem
No worries. Just to be clear, I don't think it's the species in the link specifically but maybe one of the species listed on thr panelon the left hand side of that page. It could be worth clicking on some to compare. Good luck!

waterboy 2.0
I'd love one mate . Something for the shade garden, and certainly looks been friendly. No hurry, can send ya something down or whatnot. I'm easy peasey. Edited February 8, 2020 by waterboy 2.
