Freakosystem Posted January 14, 2019 Hi all, I've been lazily swapping plants and info over the Facebook group for sometime but thought I'd become a proper member here. My interests include: Ecological conservation Plant identification Fungi identification Photography Harm reduction Gifting of seeds and propagation material I'd like to become quite active with plant and fungi identification on this forum and hope it helps towards harm reduction. I've met a few of you already through an Acacia giveaway and hope to meet more at the Sydney meetup next month. Thanks for having me! Freakosystem

Freakosystem Posted January 30, 2019 Thanks everyone! Attached a photo of Omphalotus nidiformis, a bioluminescent fungi commonly found on the east coast after rain, most frequently in the winter months. 14 hours ago, etherealdrifter said: really lovely when new members introduce themselves formally. Formality is my coping mechanism for social anxiety. I'll get comfortable soon enough and you'll miss this. 14 hours ago, etherealdrifter said: Shows spunk and character very befitting of this wonderful forum. Uh oh. I haven't got those!

I’m the Shaman-Australis groupie haha. Joined back in around 2000 because my husband was into ethnobotany and I just thought the people here were cool. I do have an interest in the whole scene (especially the “shaman” side) and people here are way more progressive/interesting than most. See you around
