do you mean legal for YOU to SEND

or legal for THEM to RECEIVE?

My guess as to the first is, yeah sure, there are relatively few restrictions placed on export, and you can't really get in trouble(especially if you send it as a rooted plant with no soil.)

However, as to the second, i wouldn't have a clue as to german import law. Maybe Torst. would know.

I'm not worried about sending, just worried tht I spend $20 plus and then all they get over there is problems...

but then again, it'll probably be aall right, I'll just take a chance...strange no people from over there on this forum...none that live there anyway....ah well with ll the illegal drugs being so cheap over there no surprise really...
