Also, If you're posting in the same Australia post region then packages will be capped as far as I can tell. e.g.. I'm in area V1 so I can send a package anywhere in region V1 for $10.05 up to 22KG. In SA, region S1 to S1 is capped at $9.30 up to 22kg. I assume its similar for all the different regions around oz.
