Slocombe Posted March 11, 2015 (edited) Doxylamine works for me, but not the kind of thing you want to take every night (after a while it stops working, then when you stop taking the pills, you get rebound insomnia). Zonk from the SAB webstore also works as good as anything you can get over the counter at a pharmacy Edited March 11, 2015 by BeerAlternative
Fenris Posted March 11, 2015 I sometimes take phenibut before bed if i need a good sleep. I still wake up a few times during the night but overall it helps. I saw teh crack down on the iherb melatonin years ago so I ordered 3 bottles of the 3mg that contain roughly 300 pills each, I'm set for years :-)
lofty86 Posted March 16, 2015 ive found doctors will prescribe circadin 2mgs (melatonin) on request, only 30 per script, not covered on pbs, and the cheapest i could find them was like $50. had no troubles ordering from America on Ebay a few years back
