T-trich Posted June 13, 2014 (edited) Is this another suspected huanucoensis from Altman? Looks very similar to plants from Altman post and I noticed that it was labeled pachanoi/huanucoensis? Either way, nice plants with good growth..... Edited June 13, 2014 by T-trich
magical9 Posted June 13, 2014 Ya this is the same plant that some consider to be Huanucoensis that is sold by altmans.
T-trich Posted June 13, 2014 (edited) I wish that I could find those at my Lowes stores. I have tried like three different ones and only came away with one PC pachanoi. Nice plants! Thanks for sharing...... Edited June 13, 2014 by T-trich

zed240 Posted August 14, 2014 What's the deal with wrapping part of the columns in shade-cloth?
magical9 Posted August 14, 2014 WELL. the western sun gets super intense for a few hours at just the right angle for this plant so its original growth (the middle of the plant, originally the top of the plant) was starting to yellow so i just tossed some small nearby pieces on that spot. seems to be doing the job while allowing me to see the cactus mostly still.
