Free short stock L. williamsii graft cutting (pay shipping)

Hello everyone. I have this L. williamsii that was grafted onto a T. pachanoi PC that suffered some severe rot issues but has since recovered and grown out a bit. I wanted to grow out the stock to grow something else on it so I cut off the tip (leaving 2" or so of stock) I don't really want it here seeing as there can be issue with this species legally. If anyone wants to pay the shipping I will send it to them.
