Gonna go for a stroll shortly to my fave local cow paddock to see if last nights rain and this mornings humidity has awoken the teacher!!

It's so nice to wander about finding them fellas with a couple of good friends!

Just a general question - have you experienced better night's out on the pub when drinking freshly brewed beer? I find myself enjoying the beer much more if it's freshly brewed right of the tap.

Yep... Most definitely Fluss!

Or fresh, then dropped into a jar of honey right after collecting from the brewery... then the beer always is as good as when you first come across it!!

Really!! my experience is that the honey trys to turn to mead.

bad news that fresh beer and honey mix, always makes me sick.

If the beers a toatally dry drop the honeys still nice!

Even dry, natural yeasts present can start the fermentation process.

I wouldnt risk it. I'm such a spoil sport. I'ts amazing how easy it is to start a wild fermentation.

dry in honey in the fridge. And fermentation is pretty obvious in a small jar o honey. yes your a spoilsport obtuse, summers my favourite time and when its been an awesome season preservation is going to happen in all forms. Peace
