☽Ţ ҉ĥϋηϠ₡яღ☯ॐ€ðяئॐ♡Pϟiℓℴϟℴ Posted May 20, 2014 (edited) RRRRAAAA(ground shaking)AAAWWWRRZZZ!!!! finally my first ever successful genuine UK Psychotria viridis cutting threw a shoot, what a day! *celebrates* - I rooted these within 2 weeks as 3 whole leaves end of october last year..., then cut the bottom sections off and potted those while i re-rooted the remaining leaf tips, I did this once more , and lost 1 leaf tip (died) leaving me with 8 rooted leaf section cuttings which eventually regrouped in this pot ... so thats 7 months from arriving to the very first shoot... I wonder how the usa ones will fare being left as whole leaves? hmmm wonder how to reciprocate the gesture...? since it was a gift.. maybe a cielo vine if I can get these two up and running .. I turned the other 2 upside down just incase , since they had looked worse off also Nicotiana tabacum flowered outside... I mowed the lawn the other day .... bullfinches are using the old cardoons seed fluff for nesting materials it was nice watching that extra species show up again this year.... amongst countless other bird species from blue tits, wrens robins, blackbirds, mistle thrushes, yellow finches, not only; but including owls , still unknown which owl because I havent seen either and don't know how to ID them by their call ..and it's like 2, one answering the other.... magpies loving the toad's old morio worms... as are the wood pidgeons and sparrows... now to find a way to feed them locusts and crickets without them turning into a plague in all this heat ... some new type of bastard fly that seems to want nothing more than to drown in your eye juices.. like the ones I see bothering deer but far smaller , seems to have begun to occupy certain patches of lawn Edited May 22, 2014 by ☽Ţ ҉ĥϋηϠ₡яღ☯ॐ€ðяئॐ♡Pϟiℓℴϟℴ

bogfrog Posted May 23, 2014 Well, I didn't exactly do anything in my sacred garden, haven't for a long time..but I was thinking about it, my salvia in particular. So what I was thinking was in relation to the kind of experience I had when I chewed salvia for the first and only time. I did so late at night, on a full moon. Nothing much happened while I was conscious, then I fell asleep and had the first clear representative of an experience which is now extremely common to me. I'm not sure how to best describe the state, it's somewhere between dreaming, studying my own subconscious, and eaves dropping on an executive meeting which takes place within my own mind (about me) when I sleep. Now this experience is more common to me than dreaming. It's like some gnarly, highly personalised defragmentation process. Not sure if my correlations between this first chewy salvia time and all the other times are significant..but something tells me they are. Maybe this first experience set a programme running which my internal government thought suited their requirements quite nicely. Who knows... I'm enjoying these in~between different states of consciousness experiences tho. After my greenhouse broke I moved her into my lounge, not permenantly but will be sweet for winter. We're good buddies again now

BillyThKid Posted May 25, 2014 Spotted this champion chillaxing amonst Argyreia nervosa, am hoping for lotsa babies. bbbbbbb.jpg Well lets hope he breeds with a nice female. Tons of them just hatched around here and i cought pictures. and and finally But today in my garden i took cuttings from my Delosperma Cooperi "ice plant" to propagate via cutting. And checked on my desmanthus here. This is second year of life for this plant. It looks like four of them but they all come off the same stump from last years growth. There is a second stump in here but i noticed no growth till now, It has about 5 or 6 little buds forming on it like its about to start growing now even once i gave up on it.
