You've got to wonder what's in that craze shit if it gets you bouncing off the walls like that. If you were to use it long term it could be difficult to do anything intense without it.

I scoff a few spoons of coconut oil before a workout, the MCT's bypass the digestive pathways that other fats use and give a quick boost. It won't make you fat and it won't get you zinging out like you've done a line of something.

Good stuff incog, I'm glad you're going well and feeling better.

Just remember to make awful sure that everything you doing is sustainable, and you'll be set for life. :)

Also, spot work will not reduce your chest any more than doing completely unrelated exercises will. The single best thing to do would be to work on your shoulders and back, as when they fill out they'll stretch your skin and make your pecs look like pecs.

I was really disappointed with Craze. It didn't do anything for me whatsoever except for make me feel very nauseous.

I didn't like the effect myself, so gave it to the boys on nightshift, with mixed reports. Half felt nauseous, whilst the other 1/2 where bouncing off walls/freakin out. Whatnots that shiz u speak of wt??

indeed you can, but you can't turn them into a weight lifter if they are training like an endurance athlete.

its the way the body adapts to different stimulus. fantastic machine we live in.

 

i took a break from the forums, that's why i respond so late...

i agree with, what you say, c_t, but for me, it's pretty much impossible to change my stimulus.

i have worked weight's in the gym and with sport training, but once the gym time was over, i could never sit still.

this means, i gained some muscle mass, but my need for beeing active, kept my muscles, in endurance mode.

the gym leader said, i have to rest more, but i never could do that.

if i could change my lifestyle, than i could get more "weight lifters muscles"

anyway, i think arm wrestling is lame to find out who is the strongest, because the person with more body weight wins.

strengh would have to be measured against your own body weight, meaning, how long can you hold onto a bar, or how many times can you get from a squat into upright using only one of your legs. i'm 51 and can still get from a one legged squat into upright, so who is your daddy, hehehe.

male muslim dancers are sooo good with flexing the pecs, have you ever seen this?

i can totaly see why you go for this, the girls do the bellydancing and the boy's flex there pecs, right, left, right, right, left, left.

the girls are certainly attracted to it big times!

but i believe, you are either born with a potential 6pack or large pecs, or not, training helps, but i know people who never excercise and have a 6pack and others do heaps of situps and get fuck all in return.

btw, i find muscled females a total turn off, even if they have just muscle tone, but than i find male bodybuilders, pretty yuk aswell, too much muscles are soo disgusting.

is it true that, some body building supplements can cause erection problems and loss of libido?

How did you go with all this incog ?

Did you stick with it long enough to get your pecs bulging ?

I cranked out my first one arm chinup yesterday, it was ugly but I got my chin over the bar. It's taken me over 4 months to get there. I could do 8 chinups with my kid on my back before I began training for the OAC but it has taken a serious amount of focused work to build the strength to pull it off. I've actually lost a bit muscle mass in upper arm to get there.

someone I know of reckons they packed on the most muscle when they were in prison by eating huge amounts of raw eggs daily like anecdotally up to 18 a day as they couldn't get access to protein powders and other supplements.

As I'm not into it I don't know how safe eating large amounts of raw eggs is food poisoning wise.

But this guy is now huge I'm not sure what else this guy did but he swears the raw eggs were responsible for the biggest amount of growth.
