Stillman Posted April 5, 2012 I saw something in the local paper today, Police were holding a seminar for neighbourhood watch to help people to Identify drugs and the "symptoms " of drug users. It was titled "give your kids hugs not drugs"...no shit. theres a shot of a police officer and two 12 year old girls and they are looking at a spoon and a sharps kit.. It kinda freaked me out... it had the scent of criminal profiling so I think its going to take some time before country Joe gets there heads around this.
