carlturney Posted April 3, 2012 (edited) Hi, Please check out a new thread I just created relevant to this topic. It's in the Chill section because I thought that was where it was supposed to be posted. Title is something like "Solution to 40 years of drug law reform failures". Thanks, Carl Turney Master of Arts, in Public Policy Honours, in Commerce Co-founder of Mini Ethnobotanica Victoria (direct predecessor to Entheogenesis Australis) Former State Coordinator of NORML for West Australia and Oregon Edited April 3, 2012 by carlturney
∂an Posted April 3, 2012 "You get a bigger hit from a healthy lifestyle. Go on a bushwalk, a jog, swim a marathon - they're the things I'd advocate, instead of sitting around making your brain dopey. What if you go on a bushwalk AND get dopey at the same time?

saguaro Posted April 5, 2012 (edited) Saw a headline along these lines on the front page of the sydney morning herald a few days ago. I'm not sure what, if anything, it'll amount to, but it's refreshing to see this topic looked at from a new perspective. Stillman Posted April 5, 2012 I saw something in the local paper today, Police were holding a seminar for neighbourhood watch to help people to Identify drugs and the "symptoms " of drug users. It was titled "give your kids hugs not drugs"...no shit. theres a shot of a police officer and two 12 year old girls and they are looking at a spoon and a sharps kit.. It kinda freaked me out... it had the scent of criminal profiling so I think its going to take some time before country Joe gets there heads around this. TommyChesnutt Posted April 14, 2012 oh, for christ sake Gillard... i love it how she says we need to focus on helping people overcome these addictions etc when that is EXACTLY what is being proposed here, the helping of people in a fashion that doesn't promote them doing it "behind the curtain". i swear to god, someone needs to assasinate that bitch.
