Events for the eclipse

Recommended Posts

What do poor students and backpackers do nowadays with festivals so pricey? Sneak in I guess.

They often volunteer - do a few hours work and get a free ticket.

My uni exam timetable has worked out perfectly, finishing the day before the eclipse festival. Time off of work is organised. Tickets are bought. I'm going there!

I'll be in/around Cairns for the eclipse but haven't confirmed anything else yet. If some cheap tickets come up I may go to the big 'Eclipse Festival'. If not, and time is on my side, I may go to Adam's Dam for the 'Cosmic Convergence' gathering. Not sure yet.

@Noshie, how far up are you going to be?
