any ideas wat these are ???

Question

hey all

found these at a nearby nursery

not sure wat they are cos as usual with most nurseries all they have is a label saying cactus

was hoping someone might be able to tell me wat exactly they are :)

JUst guessing could be E backbergi (spelling?) or perhaps a gymnocalycium possibly baldianum cross. How big are they? from the image they look really small? pretty cool looking would be interesting to see what they grow into.

sorry I have no idea what they are but would love to find out as well because they look so beautiful the velvety look of them is just amazing.

I second it being interesting to see what the grow into!

Good score, there are some different flower varieties with this species.

Is the white considered rarer than the red? I've been chasing either for a while, but with no luck so far.

Was Matucana once Parodia? Just curious as I just came a across few similar cacti labelled Parodia.
