Change Posted May 30, 2016 @ dood - It still has a few spots oozzing, but most of black marks are firm @ discostu - Thanks for the advise, i was hoping someone would say it should clear up without need of surgery.
DiscoStu Posted May 31, 2016 it's like cactus thrush, it's pretty gross but it'll clear up and it's not life threatening
at0m Posted June 1, 2016 Now we wait. Shout out to @MoonUnitBotanica and @olive. About 1.5k seeds throughout there and about the same left in my pocket. I got sick of forgetting where stuff came from so from now on all my plants are given numerical IDs which correlate to their entry in my garden database. So from now on if I ever sell/giveaway/trade seed/plants/cuttings/fruit, they'll include my ID (along with all the /useful/ info of course ) so you/I can keep track of wtf I did to it/it's heritage/etc.
karl_marx Posted June 1, 2016 (edited) I was going to ask what you even do with 1.5k potential seedlings but your serial numbers indicate that you have over 150 million. What do you do with 150 million cacti? edit: besides count them, i mean Edited June 1, 2016 by karl_marx
BedOSpines Posted June 1, 2016 Pick out the 1 in a 150 million phenotype of course

Strontium Dawg Posted June 3, 2016 You'll get some interesting variety in the phenotypes from the moonunit's seeds if they are anything like the ones I sowed about a year ago. Some really cool spiny bridgesoids...

MoonUnitBotanica Posted June 19, 2016 (edited) what sp, var is that astro? I have one the same. edit- nice boultwood, u must be one of the first people I sold a cut to? A bit of background info, I sourced Boultwood from behind a unit block on boultwood st (ghetto) in Coffs Harbour when I lived there. A piece had snapped of and fallen over the fence so I took it home and propagated it. I think its a very fast grower and very handsome, more than likely a hybrid of something or other. Makes a great grafting stock, and for entheogenic purposes I can definitely vouch for its strength as a hair shampoo. I've got one named as that.
