I caught my first ever fish last time I was there and it was a huuuge flat head . Was it beginners luck or am I just a natural.... will soon see.... incognito Posted July 20, 2011 (edited) will do. i spent my reckless late teens/early 20's in manly. i did have a contract to play football for the sea eagles, which was why i moved from here in the first place. i lasted 1/2 a season due to not going to training/ turning up to training pinging of my ear etc. which sucked as i didnt even get paid for the 6 months i served on contract, but thats a whole nutha story. i was far to in love with partying veryraucously, i was banned from every pub and club from monavale to manly i just cant hack the city any more, and the northern beaches brings back soooo many bad memories i was such a dick then, looking back i was extremely ill between the ears. thank fuck for psychadelics! if i never see mona vale pub again that will be such a good thing. weirdly enough the gay culture embraced me, so oddly enough. i worked in nightclubs such as gas and home, and just hit it of with the gay crew, who hooked me up with the purest of pure mdma which chilled me out some but yeah ill give u a tingle on sat arvo to see what ur doing? im a fishermun to so damn if either of us have time we could chuck a line in together somewhere? what id really like to do is find an indo restaurant. is there such thing as an indonesian restaurant?in that area? dreading going down and will get out of it if i can. gotta escort my sis down there while she picks up her stuff from her old unit in manly, so im just gonna be buming around hoping no-one recognises me (well i had sexy hair then so i dont think its gunna be an issue) Edited July 20, 2011 by incognito Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Go visit the rsl back of narrabeen, don't think it has changed in years. Schoona's might still be 2 bucks there. Used to work in Pittwater many years ago, but lived in the city. Best of both worlds for a while. Can't say I miss either now I must say! There is Slamet's Indonesian Restaurant in North Narrabeen. Have never been there so have no idea what its like sorry.
