FancyPants Posted May 16, 2011 I find it hard (yet not) to believe we still need to set aside a day to remember that people of all (consensual) sexualities are people too, and should be allowed access to the same rights as heterosexuals. And yet apparently the Churches of Australia have said marriage is more about protecting children. The blind stupidity is amazing. When heterosexual marriages are free from child abuse, domestic abuse, and high divorce rates, I might consider believing both a) the "sanctity" of marriage, and the well-being of children in heterosexual relationships. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
