Is this tree a native?

Question

Hi

Very new here and still have a lot to read up on so as a quick first post I'd like to ask if anybody can identify this tree and tell me if it's native Australian or not? They seem to be suddenly springing up everywhere yet I can't seem to identify it. I've attached 2 pics. One shows the flowers better and one the leaves. I hope someone can help as it's driving me nuts.

Thanks :)

Thanks tarenna. I have to agree they do look very close.

I've yet to find one with the right leaves and flowers yet but I'll keep looking.

As additional info, it's a deciduous tree and it's leaves turn quite a similar to how an acer would in autumn. It doesn't grow berry's (if that's the right term) at all though like the Schinus ones seem to. The ants seem to like it.
