Acacia niopo?

Recommended Posts

Was just adding an entry to the wiki for Acacia spp.

Doing research for traditional uses I came across this

"The seeds of acacia niopo are ground and used as a snuff in South America".

Is Acacia Niopo a synonym for one of the other plants we already know about, or do the south americans have another DMT containing acacia?

Anyone?

Enlighten me!

Also does anyone have experience, seeds or cuttings of this plant? :D

niopo = yopo = Anadenanthera peregrina

if you have a look at the SAB page you will see that it is my opinion that all pergrina seed currently on the market is in fact misidentified colubrina. So yeah, it is available by name, but not in reality.
