I.D - unknown cactus

Question

hey, i found this little one in bad health at a kmart a few months back and he has recovered quite well!

Looks more like a Mammillaria bombycina to me, the soft radial spines that are light coloured and the darker brownish hooked central spine makes me think that is the species I mentioned. It could be a similiar species. Though fairly certain it's a Mammillaria bombycina. It will be easier to ID in a year or two.

EDIT: On second inspection it doesn't appear to have hooked radials..hmmm must be a similiar species then? :scratchhead:

Unsure, it is definitely a tricho though. Very similar if not the same as this lot. Nice find :)
