AndyAmine. Posted March 15, 2007 Hehe, well I was kind of thinking maybe you guys would want to skip this one because of the Birthday party but if your all keen then Im happy to organise. I guess the big question is do we want it before or after Mardigrass? It will be a bad idea to do it while mardigrass is actually on because all the campsites will be packed etc. so do we want to have it before or after? Say, either the weekend of the 13th of April or the weekend of the 15th June? Please reply with which date your preffer and if anyone has any problems with those dates? Ill make a new thread. Posted March 15, 2007 Yeah I was thinking that at first too but that camp site as well as all the others in the area will be absolutly jam packed with mardigrass'ers and other people partying it up, so it wouldnt be very peacful or private and it wouldnt be very safe to leave stuff behind in your tent etc. There will most likely be a police roadblock at between the Hwy and the campsite like last year and possibly at the truck inspection stop on the Hwy before the turn off. Along with the expected stops at the entry to both sides of the town, so its not really condusive to bringing much stuff for trading etc as a search is quite possible. I guess I was too out of it anyway... re camping and mardigrass: of course you don't come on Mardi Grass Saturday when the pigs have set up all their traps . You come a day or 2 early, and the camping ground at Nimbin will have some room for sure... and you don't go home before very late Sunday nite... last year it was very s[pooky... I started my way home at around 10 pm from Nimbin Sunday night; not lying: I didn't see a single car between Nimbin and Murwillumbah!!! I wanted to create something new, mixing 1 bottle of sctoch, 6 litres of red, 1 oz yohimbe, some nepalese ephedra, 1 oz nelumbo and... (forgot)oh yeah 1 bottle of rather exxie champagne donated by green gardner (sorry gg, we should have rather drunk that one the way it was, i apologize) hardly anyone toiuched it all night, when i filled it inot bottles I found that the stuff from the top is just drinkable yet the bottom stuff is mostly like medicine. Hey Gomaos, although we often have vastly dissimilar views.. or sometimes exactly the same view but still unable to agree and i have been blunt sometimes in how i feel. I still respect you highly and reckon yer a bloody champ, of course I'm pretty far from your area and could not attend the party, which is a bummer cuz i really wanted to see that midgIt porn. Anyhow I really appreciated you letting me stay at yours a couple years ago and would really love the opportunity to catch up again. Talking on lab a while ago, I cant remember with whom, but we wer proposing a down south camping trip, somewhere in vic or the like, to get all you guys down here for once, save me and my lazy impoverished ass from trekking up north again... but you know i will, i love it up there! Otherwise any anarchy would just be a policestate... and we have that already... other than that you're still welcome to stay here any time... I think it must be possible to refrain from killing each other over (slightly) different political views... re: down south camping trip: isn't EGA on this year? Although I prolly wouldn't come since my car isn't that great... and i hate flying and will only fly if there's absolutelyt no ther way... and it costs money... re midget porn: I can't believe there's really people who would like to see THAT...
