G Dawg Posted October 24, 2002 This is what a first generation cross between Pink Double and Persian White would look like if in places where legal. Later. [This message has been edited by garret (edited 26 October 2002).]
Guest reville Posted October 25, 2002 Bloody beauty! The double trait must be recessive then against the Persian single alleles. Selfing potent individuals should yield the desired recessive genotypes in the F2. Any more photos?
G Dawg Posted October 26, 2002 This just shows the comparison in size. The one on the right is a purple ( a bit anyway ) variant that popped up as 1 plant for the second year amongst the double pinks. The slight purple variant didn't result from cross fertilisation I'm pretty sure. Later. These are the F1 in all their glory. Pictures supplied by a Gnome from a country where legal to grow.
