I have a very few specimens that seem to develop purple coloring after exposure to colder temperatures. Out of my many Huarazensis x Zelly hybrids... these two show a bit of purple. Out of my Trichocereus scopulicola x Trichocereus terscheckii seedlings I have just one so far that is showing any purple... but I don't have that many of this hybrid grafted either so I'd say this is a pretty good indicator that this last hybrid may throw out purples in a higher concentration and perhaps darker specimens than what I am seeing. Anyway, I'd like to see everyones purples if they don't mind sharing. The few purples from the many Zelly seedlings I have grafted are growing on me. Lets hope this trait stays with them as they mature. And please... post your own purples here my friends as I know I'm not the only one with them.

My favorite so far out of the Trichocereus scopulicola x Trichocereus terscheckii hybrids by Zelly. I absolutely love this one... not that I don't love them all.-

The weather is warming up and now things are taking off. Thankfully, I have the answer to everything 42 courtesy of Zelly. A superb Huarazensis x Trichocereus scopulicola cross.

Hey guys, I have an opportunity to buy this plant on the cheap, it is labeled pachanoi but I'm 90% sure it's a scop. That would be a great deal considering the prices scops yield around here. Let me know what you think, thanks!

A while a go I was looking very hard for scops with no success. Ben from SS was able to send me as a gift a few "old seed". Thanks! One plant got hit by spiders, infection, rot quite severely but the plant healed with help form the Sun.

I was given this and think it could be a Trichocereus scopulicola, anyone familiar with this type? It has been in my garden but was recently potted up in preparation for grafting a loph on to it.

Hello all [: This is my first thread here but I figured I would ask some of the peoples here. Does anybody have any terschekii or werdermannianus seeds or plants or even a cross of either with a scop? Been having a fantasy recently to one day have a cross of all three and due to the slow growing nature of some I figure I should probably get on the grow sooner rather than later. If not does anybody know of any good seed vendors that wouldn't have O.P. seeds of the terschekii or werdermannianus? Any help appreciated thanks [:

One of my mates is getting rid of a large portion of their ornamental cacti collection, many trichocereus sp. and a few others. For local pickup, cacti come with their pots and soil. For interstate, cacti will be sent bare rooted without pots or soil and postage is unfortunately not available to Tasmania due to quarantine. [Edit: all sold]
