Hi all, I know this question has come up quite a bit here, but I was just wondering what the legal status of owning a bong in VIC is? As in now; 2013. I know that they are sold in a few places as water/oil pourers, but these are cheap and not worth my money. Preferably I would like to purchase one online from bnt or similar, but I would like to know the legality of it all before purchasing anything online.. (Or at all if they're illegal, of-course) I know I should probably UTFSE, but these things change so often its hard to know what info is up to date or not... From what i've read in the past; 1 - 3 days max in urine, up to 3 months in your hair (like anything) and pretty sure they should all be out of the blood within 24 hours.. Mesc lasting the longest... I know of people who have passed tests within a 24 hour window of eating shrooms (sent to the lab) ... instant piss tests usually don't look for anything other than cannabis, opiates and amphetamines, so your pretty much guaranteed to pass the piss ones. Just my understanding anyways... Not recommending anything here.

How's your planning coming along!? We didn't end up securing a house from nz, but we ended up scoring one within 3 days of being here! Wasn't too hard at all. As long as you have your money for bond and month in advance, it's pretty easy! Just hve to get in quick and try to beat everyone else to it! Good luck anyways! Oh.. And don't forget to book your temp accommodation wayy in advance! We ended up paying $500AU for 3 nights as everything was booked out!
