Drildo Posted May 14, 2017 Cheers Rhino, Hey man what do you, or any others know about these 'Red Spine' Clones? There are 3 clone names that I've seen pop up in recent posts and I am wondering if all three are the same thing, or if at least 2 of the 3 are the same clone: ----------------------Red Spine Bridgesii Redspine Peru MG Redspine ---------------------- ^ are all these 3 one in the same, or all different? Bloody tricho naming & ID can get really confusing sometimes. Visually I have really just a basic understanding, but there is so many variables... Then people alter names and it just becomes a nightmare... lol
Trichocereus_Rhinocerous Posted May 14, 2017 The medicine Garden (MG) redspine is a herbalistics.com.au clone as far as i know. It is a peru with nice red spines. That is the only clone above that i know. I think people may say red spine bridge or peru just to describe a plant. Similar to "single spine bridgessii" not reffering to a particular clone.
Drildo Posted May 14, 2017 Ok, so this above Red Spine Bridgesii, is in fact just a general type of bridgesii (one of many, along with various perus) that displays red spines. Not a defined and reproduced clone? Dang man, these waters be murky!
Trichocereus_Rhinocerous Posted May 14, 2017 It could be. Sharxx would have to confirm.
sharxx101 Posted May 22, 2017 Its def a bridgesii fast grower and super spiney I got it from a member here a long time ago they had it labeled as red spine.
