If you have been in the lab recently and nobody has been on, or you couldn't speak to the people who were on, it's because austnet is having some server issues. Dunno when they'll be resolved, but if you all change your server setting to "pacific.sg.austnet.org" we should be able to avoid the issue until its resolved. I'm also lookin for someone to keep an eye on the lab during the day, because I don't have a lot of time at uni to keep it patrolled.
