Cacti id Please

Im sorry all but i have no pics.

Diametre : 3-5cm

Spines : Frequent and black, micro

Ribs : Pentagonal from top view

Rib Protusion: 3mm-8mm

Flowers : none noted

Cacti is columbular, produces milky white sap that weaps out when wounded. sap may be responsible for severe rash i have. specimens are from over 2 metre tall cacti. diameter remains constant throughout growth.

I have collected 12 secimens. if any one would like me to send em some for id then let me know.

but please, any guesses. it was a 3k mission to get them and now i have a bad rash and hardcore jockitch so please let me know.

Well at least you can still see!

Check out Euphorbia canariensis.

(I've only seen it with 4 ribs but believe it can have 5-6)

thats a clse one too but its less bulbos at the top. very very close.

its also a little more streamlined but i thnk it has to be euphorbia spp. just not sure which.

YAY!

I think i have it now, or at least close Officinal Spurge, Euphorbia resinifera i think. the link is

This source has been great to help id this. im sure though that it is Euphorbia resinifera.

Any one who would like some i have 12 cuttings, up for grabs so pm me if you'd like some. Also would help to confirm Cacti ID.

do not get the white sap in your eyes!!!!!!!!!!!

seems to cause lots of pain / discomfort and can cause damage to your eye.

Most Euphorbias can do this as far sa I know.
