Young seedgrown Trich grafting?

I've got some Trichocereus pachoanoi and peruvianus started from seed about 7 months ago, biggest ones are about a half inch tall. (maybe 2cm)

is there any way to graft something this small onto a larger trichocereus stock?

yes, i tried this with a small peruvianus seedling this year, i chose a multi branched one

cut them both off (stock and plant to be grafted), put the piece to be grafted on to the centre of the vascular tissue of the T pachanoi stock and balanced an upside down jar on top, took the jar off after a few days and it was done!
