And it's harder to get caught with drones than you'd think. That's one of the issues with policing the usage of them appropriately.
I don't think a chemtrail sampling business would be viable anyways.
You'd do one test. Get a positive or negative result and then start a shitstorm of argumentative discussion about whether the results are legitimate or not or whether your company was paid off by (insert big something here)
