bark Posted January 15, 2004 Anyone know of a website which will tell if a supplement is available without prescription? l-tryptophan and melatonin I belive require prescriptions for import and there are others I would like to check. -b
Torsten Posted January 15, 2004 get a copy of the MIMS from you local GP at your next visit. They usually have an old one floating about. if it says Rx next to the name then it is prescriptive in Oz. You can also get the TGA schdules, but they cost $150 or more. if the list is small you can ask me
bark Posted January 16, 2004 Thanks Torsten. Just curious about some nootropics. I think piracetam, hydergine and DMAE are OK. Also lucidril and nicergoline. Is there an amount below which tryptophan is OK? Any recommnded places to order? -b
