Torsten Posted September 8, 2002 3 main places you need to check. 1) your state drug act and its schedules 2) the federal therapeutics schedules (SUSDP) 3) if importing, then the federal customs act (especially schedule 4 of this act). 1 is available for $3-5 from your state government bookshop. Some states might have it on-line. 2 is expensive at about $150, from Federal government bookshop. No on-line copy available. 3 about $10. "Customs prohibited import regulations" from federal government bookshop. The third one is also on the web, but is utterly incomplete and out of date (ie don't use it).
