Rabelais Posted December 16, 2012 Another thread reminded me of this great piece of software called Climate Consultant. I use it in architecture studies at uni but I can see the value in it for people who would like detailed climate information in a botanical context. It goes into great detail: min/max temperature, humidity, sunrise/sunset, ground temperature....that's just for starters. Download the free Climate Consultant Software from here: http://www.energy-design-tools.aud.ucla.edu/ Once you download and install, then go to this page and locate the nearest weather station data for your target location (zip files): http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/cfm/weather_data.cfm Unzip and load with Climate Consultant and be prepared to be bombarded with easy to read data.
