Hedonix Posted December 10, 2012 Hey All, Planning a trip to peru for next year. A friend of mine is keen on Ayahuasca Satsanga. Wondering if anyone on SAB has been to this place or heard of whether it would be worth visiting? Strong brew or weak brew? Also.. Can anyone recommend an Ayahuasca Camp/retreat? Thought i'd get some opinions before i spend heaps of coin getting there. Cheers, Hedonix
spice-of-life Posted December 10, 2012 That sounds like a great spot for a holiday. I haven't had the chance to travel to Peru yet as I have a criminal conviction from 0.5g of cannabis from 6 years ago... Isn't it amazing how $10 worth of pot ruined my whole travelling life. From what I hear the trip is worth every cent. If I had the coin I'd be moving to Washington where they don't class pot smokers as criminals. Enjoy your trip
Horus Posted December 10, 2012 My friend is an Anthropologist who has just taken up a years residence in an Aya village. Her partner is doing volunteer work building basic infrastructure.etc Anyhow its a full on plant experience, with all the steam baths and cleansing. 8 drinks in 10 days. good brew. you should be able to research it yourself. If you ever get there, (dont hassle them beforehand) ask for Dena and say Big Bad Col sent you and you will get looked after. http://www.facebook.com/templeofthewayoflight
