Plant ID help

Question

I only have one pic, cuz it's embarrassing taking pictures of random plants near the road with thousands of ppl passing by.

Amorphophallus paeoniifolius

That stem sure is pretty!

I have to say this because it's so much fun.

Amorpho means mis-shapen, and phallus means penis; mis-shapen penis refers to the leaf stem as it emerges erect from the soil, all engorged with new season hormones and lust for life!

They certainly don't look anything like my paeoniifolius, the closest match would be bulbifera, although the the pups look very much rivieri/konjac.

Does it have odd little swellings at the junction of the main forks in the leaf?
