Please Help with I.D. - Possible pachanoi

Question

If this turns out to be a san pedro it's absolutely spectacular. I'm just a little uncertain. it could almost be cereus peruvianis I think. Any help is greatly appreciated It's a specimen in the yard of an recently abandoned house near where I live. It's at least 30 feet tall and nearly as many across to look at it all. I'm going to go down and take some more pics of it but in the meantime I've thrown up some on a link. I'm a bit new to this but i tried to get some decent closeups up the spines as well. It's starting to flower pretty well too which is another reason I think I need more pics. This is my very first post here also so hello and thanks in advance for any opinions!!

probably a Cereus, Cereus have very deep ribbing and the plant will grow in segments which trichs normally don't.
