7baz Posted April 20, 2012 wondering has any member here ever filed a commercial lien ? i am confused as to just what it is.. i know what it is used for , but how to file it out and who to give it to etc. my understanding is this... a lien is a paper you create and not some standard goverment or institutionalised form.. correct ? and im also confused , with a lien how does one enforce it to rear its ugly head into a person or corperations debit ? zelly Posted April 22, 2012 I've filed a commercial lien, or at least the preliminary steps, however you really need to start here for the answers you seek.

7baz Posted June 10, 2012 (edited) dont even try it ...you will regret it why not ? banks use it against you right under your eyes. how are people going to reclaim there freedom and liberty if they are not willing to at least learn and understand whats going on ? a commercial lien is perfectly legal , see mordoch vs the queen , supreme court of melbourne. all 5 judges clearly stated the commercial lien is not black mail but a perfectly legal document. both the police officers couldnt do a damn thing , thats what they get for ignoring someones common law rights.
