What's the best way/s to grow Nicotianas from seed, ie germination, time of year, transplanting, pests etc. Any info greatly appreciated.

i've just had huge (HUGE!) success in germinating a few different nicotiana species, now it's warming up (a bit) down here (in melbourne) it seems all go.

if you're into planting by the moon, give tues, wed, thurs, fri next week a go ;-)

i think i did my homework at some point and spring may be the way to go but i don't remember much - just don't plant them all at once.
