First one is an echeveria sp. and the second one a crassula sp. maybe ovata?

hard to tell, could you take some better photos, pref in flower. top one could be E. runyonii 'topsy turvy' maybe. second one is in the crassulaceae family (like echys), but no idea till i see a better photo.
