current JWH legal status in QLD

Recommended Posts

I see some retail outlets are still selling kronic products openly. does anyone know the current legal status of JWH in QLD? I remember reading a month or so ago that they were moving to ban it, but have not heard if this has come to pass.

No [redacted] I see. Good news for a wino I know. Bad news for everyone who thinks this POS legislation is just more mind/thought control by the overseers.

Shit, you cannot even buy a Bong in WA now, and if you're caught with personal herb then it's enforced Intervention sessions.

LEARN WHAT WE TELL YOU, DO WHAT WE SAY. YOU DIRTY CRIMINALS.

Well there are still a plethora on the horizon, some purported to be stronger than jwh-018 (: And kronic is/was a blend of a few RC's.

Hell, even Pineapple Express was shown to have a legitimate prescription drug in it, causing it to be willingly pulled from sale in NZ.

Thanks to this kind of legislation, god knows what is going to be crept in to bypass idiotic mind control laws.

source of this information?

my source is not confirmed , its word by mouth from 2 different adult store owners who said the matter went through to parliament on july the 1st here in vic.. the same day it was banned in NSW.

no idea of the outcome so far.. im only assuming and using logic knowing how parliament works that it would be banned around aug..

both store owners said around AUG.

but now im hearing of this loophole in QLD.

anyone know exactly what this loophole is ?

will it apply to VIC too ?

yeah what exactly did the mx article say?

the mx is where i found out it was being banned federally, and no amount of internet searching could retrieve any information otherwise (at the time). pretty indicting of our shitty government that we have to find out we are being made criminals by reading a free tabloid newspaper....

MX newspaper from my eyes isnt a very reliable source for news.

half the frigging newspaper is fabricated with made up stories lol.

on the other hand the story may well indeed be true.. but who really knows.

anyone got the article ?
