BlueGreenie, I have a question for you. If you have created a song, rendered as a .wav and it's huge 9in file size), how do you render it down again to an acceptable size for posting on the internet ?

I use Goldwave, it's free and the compression is good quality with lots of options

i used this to finish copying some of a mates vinyl , when my 'puter failed.

worked fine.

Like i said it was a pretty quick idea. Ill finish it and chuck it up at a 4 length.

Most wave editors allow you to compress to various compressed formats.
