Orange mushroom, Spores all over the place

Question

What could this be?

Lots of sores everywhere, the grass around the mushroom is stained yellow, at first i thought maybe the common "yellow house plant / garden mushroom".

But its different.....

Stalk: Brown/orange / Hollow

Cap: Orange/Yellow

Spores: Orange

Gills: Brown/orange

Stains: no staining, black.

Sorry for the horrid quality i am stuck using a camera phone... Handy though.

looks like "Gymnopilus sapineus", but the gills are darker then that, the gills are a very dark orange and the stem is hollow.

Could be a "Gymnopilus junonius" but it dosnt have those "dress's" on the stalk, like jun does.

:(
