Psathyrella candolleana

Question

I just found these in inner Melbourne. I don't think they are edible or anything special, I think they might be Psathyrella candolleana. What do you think?

They're in a nature strip near some small council trees. I wonder whether they are an early indicator of a bumper fungi season this year?

*sigh* it doesn't look like the work firewall is going to let me upload the pics. I'll edit this post tonight at home and attach them.

Tried other uploading services?

Imageshack.us

or work-in-progress site of mine: Upload Here and View Here.

After all, it mightn't be their firewall because it'd be uploading on the same port (80) as you're no doubt browsing but a slow connection and your photographs are too large.

I did re-size them down and we have a massive internet connection but it could well have been a port issue. (more likely some proxy)

But thanks for the reminder about imageshack!
