I've never had problems communicating when buying seed/plants. Go to shaman-australis.com.au, enter the webshop and click the EMAIL link on the left menu for the email info. Stock levels are listed on the site already. I think they also list on individual plant/seed/product pages which items can be shipped where, so you can work out a lot about your order yourself.
